About Me
Hi, my name is Gary and training has always been a big passion of mine when I first started. I was a sedentary kid and was not very active. Playing video games and eating was pretty much the only thing I did. Didn't care much for running or playing outside. That is when it really started to take a toll on my self-image. Since then, I knew I had to do something. Walking a couple of stairs or taking a few steps and getting winded was very depressing. That is when I found out about weight training at the age of 19. Since then, I done as much research as possible to ensure that I knew how to properly execute the exercises. The exercise part was pretty simple to get down like most people, but when it came to dieting, that was a whole another story.
After months of training programs and diets, trial and error was pretty much my only guide. As of now, finding what works and what doesn't has been a challenged, but a fun one at best. It is very motivating and rewarding to see changes from when you started until now. This is why exercise and diet is not just a on and off thing, but a lifestyle change that must occur in time.
