What ever it is, the deadlift is the one exercise where it is universal and goes well in any workout routine. The key here is to practice form and patience as deadlifts are not an exercise where you learn from the start. Nor are they an exercise where you quickly build strength overnight either. Be patient, consistent & learn as much as you can and you will get to where you want to go.
